SERVING SIZE AND FLAVOURS LIST

 After carefully considering the sizes and how many tiers you need, it is also very important to decide on what flavours you want your guests to enjoy.  Below is a list of my most popular flavours.  I offer clients the luxury of having all  different flavours in their tiers and not being limited to one flavour only.

It is very important to know your needs for the day, so portions must be carefully considered.  Also another consideration overlooked is distribution.  Will you bag in paper or plastic, or box individually for each guest.

SQUARES.  9 inch + 6 inch.   10inch + 7 inch.  10 inch + 6 inch.  11 inch + 8 inch.  11 inch + 7 inch. 12 inch + 9 inch.  12 inch + 8 inch.

3tiers-  11 inch + 8 inch + 5 inch.  12 inch + 9 inch + 6 inch.

ROUNDS-  10 inch + 7 inch.  11 inch + 8 inch.  12 inch + 9 inch.  3 tiers- 11 inch + 8 inch + 5 inch.  12 inch + 9 inch + 6 inch

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WHITE CREME CAKE IS A LIGHT CAKE IN TEXTURE, AND ALL OTHER FLAVOURS THAT START AT WHITE WILL ALSO BE A LIGHTER CAKES.  THIS OPTION IS BETTER SUITED TO THOSE WHO PREFER A LIGHTER EATING CAKE.  I DO NOT MAKE WHITE MUD CAKE AS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FIND A SUITABLE RECIPE

BLUEBERRY CREME CAKE, RASPBERRY , MIXED BERRY , HAZELNUT  ALMOND , PEAR AND PECAN , AND TRADITIONAL FRUIT CAKE.

 

ALCOHOL FLAVOURS ($10-$15 EXTRA PER LAYER)CAN BE ADDED TO ANY CAKE

ANY ALCOHOL OR LIQUEUR CAN BE USED.  FOR EXAMPLE- BAILEYS, BLACK FOREST, KAHLUA, CONTREAU ETC.
